AWKWARD MOMENT: “STAY AWAY FROM MY WIFE!” PRINCE HARRY SHUTS DOWN SELFIE AMBUSH DURING SUSSEXES’ AUSSIE TOUR 😳📸 In a tense moment during the Sussexes’ Aussie tour, Prince Harry was caught off guard when a Channel Seven reporter ambushed him for a selfie. But it was Harry’s fierce reaction that stole the show—”Stay away from my wife!” he snapped, as security quickly stepped in to shield Meghan Markle from the unexpected attention. The uncomfortable exchange raised eyebrows as Harry’s protective side came out in full force. Was this just an innocent mishap, or is there more brewing behind the scenes?

The reporter said that he ‘broke protocol’ after attempting to snap a selfie with the Duke and Duchess on a stroll in Melbourne.

As the Duke and Duchess took part in the most public part of their Australia tour thus far, the Scar Tree Walk in Melbourne, chaos erupted as Harry had to step in to protect the pair from reporters.

The Aboriginal walk lasts just over half an hour, and runs along the Yarra river, a popular destination for many walkers and runners.

As the pair took the stroll, they were stopped by many fans with crowds gathering.

They were also surrounded by a scrum of local press photographers and video journalists, with a helicopter flying above.

Five police officers arrived as growing ranks of media encircled the couple on the sunny morning in Melbourne.

One reporter in particular appeared to cause a scene, with Harry ushering him away.

Paul Dowsley, Channel 7 reporter, has been attracting the attention of the couple’s staff as he appears in and out of camera shots during PA Media’s filming of the visit.

The Sussexes communications director Liam Maguire was previously seen engaging in several friendly conversations with Dowsley.

However, after his attempt to snap a selfie with the Duke and Duchess on Thursday morning, Harry appeared to nudge him out of Meghan’s way.

Dowsley said to the Mail: “I suppose it’s a break in protocol to ask for a selfie with a royal, but he told me that I’m always so well-dressed.”

The producer has been present at all of the Sussexes visits and on Thursday morning donned a beige suit and floral tie.
